AI visibility, websites, and marketing for small businesses, in the order I'd do them
I focus on 4 things: AI visibility, website builds, system automations, and growth marketing. Every price is on this page. Most businesses should start with the first one, and the results from each step tell you whether the next one is worth paying for.
With the AI Visibility Audit. It's $399 USD, one time, and it works on the website you already have.
The audit shows where your business appears when customers ask ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and Google's AI Overviews for a recommendation, and what's keeping you out of those answers. It also tells you which of the steps below are worth your money and which aren't yet. Sometimes the answer is that your website needs work before anything monthly makes sense. You'd want to know that before signing up for a retainer, and so would I.
Here's the order most clients move through
$399 USD for the audit, then $599 USD a month for the Core plan or $1,099 USD a month for Growth, which covers English and Spanish.
AI visibility is whether ChatGPT and the other AI tools name your business when someone asks them who to go with. Your customers are already asking. Bahia Aventuras, a boat tour operator I work with in Costa Rica, got 13 bookings worth $2,100 USD from ChatGPT in a single 30-day window, and the owner had no idea until I pulled the numbers.
The monthly plan is the work that improves your position: fixing how the internet describes your business across directories and review sites, adding structure to your site so the bots can read it, writing content shaped like the answers people are looking for, and reporting every month on where you're showing up. It runs month to month, and you can stop whenever you want.
When getting found on other people's platforms stops being enough, or when the audit shows that AI and search engines can't read the site you have.
A lot of early progress happens off your website, on Google, review sites, and directories. That has a ceiling. You don't control social platforms, and reviews count for a lot but you're renting them. At that point you need your own real estate on the internet: a place that holds your content, answers your customers' questions, and turns visitors into inquiries or sales.
That can be a simple site. It depends on the business.
AI tools can generate a website now, and for some businesses that's a reasonable start. What they don't reliably produce is a site that meets semantic web standards, loads fast, stays easy to maintain, and explains your offer well enough that you stand out from the next business over. That's the part I build.
Every build includes
$3,500 USD is the lowest a build goes, and the price rises with what the site has to do. Once it's live, there's a monthly Maintenance Fee of $160 to $500 USD.
A service business that needs a handful of pages to explain what it does and take inquiries sits near the floor. Online stores, bilingual sites, booking systems, memberships, and connections to the other software you run all push it up. You get a fixed quote after a call, before any work starts.
The design won't put anyone off. Most of the budget goes into the parts that bring in business, meaning how the site is structured, how fast it loads, what it says, and how easy it is to buy or get in touch.
From $3,500 USD
Plus a Maintenance Fee of $160 to $500 USD a month once it's live. Fixed quote after a call, before any work starts.
The Maintenance Fee is part of owning a website. It covers premium hosting, DNS and caching, software updates and licensing, security checks, uptime monitoring, monthly backups, a staging server, a transactional email server, Google Analytics, and up to 2 hours a month of text and image updates. Where you land in the $160 to $500 range depends on the site: an online store takes more upkeep than a 5-page site. If I'm running marketing for you, I host and maintain the site, because I can't be responsible for results on a site someone else is changing underneath me.
The repetitive work that follows the same steps every time, so you or your staff stop doing it by hand.
Here's the kind of work I set up
If a task has clear rules and you do it more than a few times a week, it's worth asking about.
Automations start from $599 USD to build, plus a monthly Maintenance Fee to keep them running.
From $599 USD
Plus a Maintenance Fee from $299 USD a month.
The build price depends on how many steps the automation has and how many tools it connects. The Maintenance Fee starts from $299 USD a month. It exists because automations connect to other software, and that software changes. When an app updates or a connection expires, someone has to fix it before the work stops getting done.
Content, SEO, paid ads, and email campaigns, once your site is ready to convert the traffic.
It comes last on purpose. Paying for ads that send people to a site that can't turn them into customers wastes the ad budget. Growth marketing starts once the foundation can carry it, and it's planned around a number you care about: bookings, leads, sales, or signups.
Growth marketing is added on top of the AI Visibility Plan, starting from $699 USD a month. Ad spend is separate, and you pay it directly to the ad platforms, so you always see exactly what's being spent.
Because the person on the call is the person doing the work, and that doesn't change after you sign.
Agencies have real advantages. They have a bench, so they can take on big volume and cover for each other on vacation. The trade is that the person who sold you is rarely the person who builds it, and your account goes to whoever has capacity that month. I've run Zevi Media as one person since 2011, for clients in the US, Costa Rica, and Mexico.
Yes. Every service on this page is available in English, Spanish, or both.
I'm bilingual and write both languages myself, so Spanish copy and Spanish AI prompt testing get done in Spanish from the start instead of being translated afterward.
Yes. You own the site, the domain, the content, and the accounts it runs on.
Nothing I build is locked down. If you decide to leave, you take your content with you and I'll help you move it. What keeps clients here is supposed to be the work.
Here's what 3 clients in Costa Rica wrote, in their own words.
Zevi Media is represented by an honest, responsible, kind person that is dedicated to their work. This makes them excellent at their job and achieving the desired results. His name is Gibran and I am very satisfied with his work.
"Trustworthy and quality. Zevi Media has collaborated with us from the beginning of our project, starting with our logo and website. Their timely response and reliability give us confidence to continue working with them."
"Thanks to Zevi Media we have grown and become more competitive. They are always attentive and provide professional service."
